Return Policy

Due to the nature of our business, returns or exchanges are only accepted in the case of a defective item or an incorrect order. Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Return conditions:

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging is required
• Clear photos showing the defect or issue must be provided
• Shipping fees are non-refundable

Once reviewed, the item will be replaced or refunded depending on the situation.
